Welcome to use the products and services provided by Joylo (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Joylo regarding the use of the Platform's services. Please carefully read and understand these Terms before using the Platform's services. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform's services, you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all contents of these Terms and the Platform's rules updated from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, Logos, texts, pictures, videos, audios, software programs and other intellectual property rights, belong to the Platform or relevant right holders. Without the written permission of the Platform or relevant right holders, users shall not copy, spread, display, modify, use or authorize others to use the above intellectual property content without permission, otherwise they shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

5. Privacy Policy

The "Joylo Privacy Policy" is an integral part of these Terms, and users shall abide by it when using the Platform's services.

6. Disclaimer

This Platform strives to ensure the accuracy of product information and the stability of services, but does not make express or implied guarantees for the absolute accuracy of product information and the uninterrupted nature of services. The Platform shall not be liable for damages caused by service interruptions or user losses due to uncontrollable factors such as force majeure, third-party service failures, and changes in the network environment, but will make every effort to assist users in reducing losses.

7. Modification of Terms

This Platform has the right to modify these Terms according to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs and other circumstances. 8. Termination of Service

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States (excluding conflict of laws rules). If a dispute arises between the user and the Platform, the parties shall first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of the Platform's operating entity.

10. Miscellaneous

If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses. The announcements, rules, etc. of the Platform are supplementary contents of these Terms and have the same legal effect as these Terms.
