7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order if the item is eligible.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging when possible.
• Opened slime, used squishy toys, customized items, and products with hygiene concerns may not be returnable unless there is a quality issue.
• Please contact us before sending an item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timing may vary.
